KASHMIR (Updated)
Today, 5 August 2019 has become a historic day in our history as something which could not be done in 70 years has taken shape now. Union Home minister Amit Shah has announced that Article 370 which grants special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir will be scrapped. He also announced that Jammu and Kashmir will no longer be a state and it will be bifurcated into two Union Territories— Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.  read more...read more...
WITHERING AWAY OF CONGRESS PARTY
Is ours an ideal democracy!! Hardly so, it is far from being an ideal democracy; where there should be  two equal opponents, like Conservative and Labour party in Britain; like Republican and Democratic party in USA. As for India, for the two major parties here i.e. Congress and BJP there has never been a state of relative equilibrium. There was a time when Congress was all powerful for a long time, BJP had not come into existence then. BJP came into existence and gradually spread its wings and the status now of present election result on 23 May 2019 is that BJP alone bagged 303 seats and 353 seats along with its NDA Alliance. Congress on the other hand could muster only 52 seats; along with UPA, Congress got 91. Other parties won 98 seats. What to talk of equality, Congress party could not win even 55 seats which is the requisite 10 % to become the official opposition. read more...read more...

HAS KARNATAKA GOT A STABLE GOVERNMENT AT LAST ?

Sensational headlines in newspapers, an overpassionate coverage by television channels of the Karnataka election and, subsequently the cabinet formation after winning confidence motion, was almost made to look like national elections. Repeatedly it was discussed by friends for nearly two weeks. I decided to look at relevant available horoscopes. The person sworn in as the chief minister was H.D.Kumaraswamy ( to be referred to as HDK.)

From three sources I got the following horoscope of HDK and I decided to look at it.

Read something about HDK on the internet.”Marriage and Bigamy charges
“Kumaraswamy was accused of bigamy which is illegal according to Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 of India. A public interest litigation was filed after media reports of his marriage to Kannada cinema actress Radhika Kumaraswamy surfaced. Since Kumaraswamy is married to his first wife Anitha, his second marriage with Radhika is a violation of law and can be punished with upto 7 years in prison and a fine. However a division bench of Karnataka High Court headed by Chief Justice Vikramajit Sen dismissed the case citing "lack of proof".”

Saturn and Sun in the seventh house and the seventh lord Jupiter with the fourth lord Mercury with Mars in the sixth house is that awful combination which is not going to leave him without torment. HDK is passing through Mercury Saturn Jupiter, also it is a period of dasha chiddra.

In the period of Kanya Chara dasha Saturn and Sun (PK and DK) aspect the seventh and the tenth house right now after he was sworn as the chief minister. Is the nature of the trouble HDK going to face in his public life clear ? In thedashamansha DK Sun is with explosive Mars in the seventh house. And both of these planets aspect Venus the Amatyakaraka in the tenth house.

Again from the internet
Janthakal mining scam
“Kumaraswamy and his wife Anita are facing charges in the Janthakal mining scam. He is accused of pressuring a senior bureaucrat to renew Janthakal Enterprise's lease of iron ore mining for 40 years on the basis of forged docu¬ments and violating several rules. The bureau¬crat, Ganga Ram Baderiya, was allegedly given kickbacks by Janthakal Enterprise. The owner of Janthakal Enterprises, mining baron Vinod Goel, was arrested in 2015 on charges of forgery. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) is probing this scam on the direction of Supreme Court of India.

Vishwabharati case
Kumaraswamy and his wife Anita are accused of misuse of official position in allotment of 80 acres of land to Vishwabharati House Building Cooperative Society Ltd, a private cooperative society, which later made a quid pro quo site allotment to Anita, during Kumaraswamy's tenure as Chief Minister in 2006.”

The above two can be see astrologically in his available horoscope where the fourth lord (Mercury) is with the sixth and seventh lord (Jupiter) and it is also the tenth lord. What needs stressing here is that the fourth lord Mercury is in mrityubhaga showing trouble from land controversies.

In the present dasha of HDK the danger of his enemies reviving those cases and pursuing them exist. Will that disturb the entire government or only him and not cause the fall of the goverment can be seen later.
Against this see his oath taking chart. The tenth house along with the fourth has malefic predominance. The sixth lord in the lagna aspecting the seventh house is a repetition of the dangers shown in the birth horoscope.
Instead of drawing a hasty conclusion, let us see how it all develops. There is every likelihood of the cabinet falling sooner than after the next general of 2019.
