What is your refund policy regarding books, magazines and horoscope readings?

It is our constant endeavor to provide quality products and ship them out to you safely. If you do receive any book in damaged condition, we will send you a new copy of the book at our expense. Sometimes the damage is incorrect printing of pages or a page or two of the books is missing, In such instances, if you like we could send you the missing pages via email or mail you a new copy of the book.

Return products may be mailed back to our New Jersey office in USA or New Delhi, India depending upon your location. Kindly contact us to get full instructions before mailing back any products.

The refund policy in regards to horoscope reading: Once the customers horoscope data has been emailed to our astrologers  for analysis no refunds will be given. For horoscope readings we charge your card and immediately email your horoscope data to our astrologers. It takes 2-3 hours of an astrologers time to analyze a horoscope and provide his/her report. Keeping this is mind we charge your card at the time of sending your horoscope data to our astrological team.
