The son of my relative was missing. Will he return, and when the question was put to me by the uncle of the boy, who was found missing from his home. Some times when the question is specific and the horoscope is not available immediately I prefer to cast the prashna kundali and answer it, but every question is not the question which the enquirer really means or the question generally hides in it the potential of many questions and the astrologer is left with the task of analyzing the prashna carefully and split it further to approach the main query systematically.
I did the same and I will analyze the case in the same manner so as to facilitate the reader an easy and in depth analysis of the queries pertaining to missing persons and the other related cases. The prashna kundali drawn on the same time is given below. Does the chart reflect the prashna?

Birth Horoscope
This is the first question which must be answered so as to confirm the correctness of the chart. The answer to this question can be obtained from the analysis of the lagna, lagna lord, the Moon and their nakshatras.
Here the lagna is Scorpio, a martian and a fixed sign whose lord is placed in the 6th house indicating the query may pertain to captivity or the fight which was correct. The Moon was in the 8th house in the nakshatra of Jupiter the 5th lord placed in the 12th house indicated the child is in the house of confinement, which the 12th house indicates.
All these factors heavily indicated the possibility of the boy being kidnapped and put to confinement, but why, was the next question which was again indicated by the Jupiter the 2nd lord placed in the 12th house of expenditures. Why Jupiter, because it is in the Moon's nakshatra? Is the boy safe and comfortable?
Before answering this query it is very essential to know the role of different houses in this prashna chart which I am giving for the benefit of the readers. Here the Lagna signifies the traveler or the missing person. the 7th signifies the 'way', the 4th house signifies the traveler's happiness. Any connection of the lagna lord with the lagna or the 4th or the 7th or the 10th signifies the return which may be easy or difficult, early or delayed depending upon the malefic or benefic planets occupying the above said houses.
In this case, the lagna lord Mars is in the 6th house but is in own sign and is aspecting the lagna and the 7th lord Venus casting a Tajik aspect on the 4th lord Saturn. The 4th lord is in the 4th house protecting the happiness of the traveler although its malefic nature is supposed to be manifested in some way or other. The 4th lord is also aspected by the Jupiter the 5th lord adding the positive favor to the well being of the missing person.
The hora at the time of the query was of Venus which confirmed captivity and release.
The presence of the malefic Saturn, Karka of kidnapping or the captivity in the 4th house and another malefic Sun in the 7th house indicated the captivity and the difficulty in the return of the traveler respectively. The traveler is in the custody if Saturn is in the malefic sign and in the kendra or a trine according to Prashna Tantra.
Will the boy return?
The presence of malefic planets in the 3rd or the 6th or the 11th house promise the safe return of the missing person. Here these are in the 6th house. The presence of the Moon in the 8th house itself and here with a benefic was a strong indicator of the safe return of the traveler.
The connection of the lagna lord with the 7th lord Venus and the 4th lord indicates the same as has already been discussed.
When will the boy return?
Saturn aspecting the lagna indicated that the return would be delayed. The first strong planet after lagna is the Saturn which is in its own house, and is in 4 signs away from the lagna indicated the 4 month time for the return which would be in October 94 only.
The 7th lord would be retrograde on 13th Oct. 94 which is the same as indicated above.
