MUNDE'S DEATH AND THE OATH OF MODI

There will always be an unending debate among astrologers about the relevance of an oath taking chart of a prime minister or the president, some taking it as a chart for all major predictions though I take it only for the purposes of the policy directions and the good and bad effects resulting from it.

The oath of Bush
The general convention of the US president since 1953 seems to be a fixed one on 20 January at 12 noon exactly unless a president is shot dead or dies when the vice president takes oath on a different day." Around or after 12 pm, the president takes the oath of office, usually administered by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and then delivers the inaugural address." (Google)

Some thoughts of mine on some astrological points of the oath taking horoscope is what I am expressing here. I do not know why the Vice President is asked to take the oath first. May be, it is an American convention. In India the number one man takes the oath first and other follow him.

The time of Cheney's oath, as given by some members of the list may show that he will not complete the term as vice-president. It may be likely in view of his health problem.

The oath of Bush does show that the anti- abortion issue will get revived in some shape.

But then remember, this horoscope cannot override the horoscope of Bush himself which will have to be scrutinized in detail.

Indian television reported that the first decision taken by President Bush is about abortion which was visible in the oath taking chart. What will be the next one ? If I heard it clearly it was to the effect that he will not help with funds any organization or country which was encouraging abortion.

The next will be to dispel doubts about the downward slide of economy. The decision may come before the month of January is over. It may even come on the last day. Let us see.

`The fifth lord from the lagna is Sun with the sixth lord Mercury aspected by the eighth lord Mars, who is also the lagna lord. It will be a big public controversy because it is the tenth lord which is directly involved.

I will be grateful if you give some news about the decisions taken by the new President. I do not base main predictions on the oath taking chart but on other data and interpret them in the style of Hindu astrology. For instance, you can see how the oath taking horoscope shows three prominent area, abortion, finance, aggressive international policy. Then what can be controversies relating some woman's issues is what I cannot even surmise though it is so clear from this chart.

When two or three people take oath in the same ceremony, the work to be done almost resembles the art of interpreting the charts of twins.

The time of the swearing in of the Vice President given by some member of the will give a different interpretation.

PS: But looking at the chart of Bush-oath, something very strange strikes me which I do not want to predict till I watch other developments. The one hint I will give is that in the international area he will choose adherents of a particular faith for his harsh policies.

Subsequent events
Anti abortion action was taken: Cheney had serious health troubles: then 11 September 2001 twin towers destruction leading to attacks on Afghanistan and Iraq, Muslim countries.

Modi's Oath
Mars in the twelfth house aspecting the seventh house is a notable sinister feature of this horoscope showing some foreign conspiracy against his government and Modi himself. It also, as the second lord in the twelfth house is the step taken to get back Indian money in secret foreign banks.

Jupiter Mercury combination shows some court cases in this matter of foreign money and even court cases in India and foreign countries. Combined with the Hindu NewYear chart this reading is confirmed.

Godhuli time and three benefics aspecting the lagna has of course been praised but then Saturn and Rahu in the lagna indicate some strong unorthodox decisions unlike his predecessors in this high office. He has already shown it by downsizing his cabinet and the appointment of a woman HRD minister whose educational qualifications have caused some uproar. Hard working himself, he will drive his ministers into similar hard work and the government servants in the central secretariat will feel that the halcyon days of MMS when they over relaxed and took no responsibility for their decisions are over now. Modi , the hard task master, is a terror already.

In the case of the oath of Bush I had hinted at the swearing in ceremony of Cheney who , it is known now, suffered from bad health and had to be hospitalized later and many times thereafter. 

Munde's Oath
Munde took oath in the first navamsha of Vrishchika. This alone cannot and should not be made use of for all predictions about him but it does, like Cheney's, give an indication of obstruction in work if the relevant charts are read together, the oath and the birth charts. The navamsha of the oath chart shows the tragic end of his political career.

But go to the birth chart and it will show the tragic end of his life itself.

Munde took oath when the lagna had moved to Vrischika and its degrees were 03:08. But so many others too took the oath in this lagna with their degrees differing. The dasha on the day of his death was: Vimshottari  Jup Jup Venus

Chara dasha : Kanya Mesha Dhanu - and remember Dhanu as the rashi of rise and fall and ofcourse accidents.

It was the dasha of Jupiter third and the sixth lord in the fourth house showing accident proneness and the antardasha of Venus , the first and the eighth lord in the second house of death when the fatal accident occurred.

It is the birth horoscope which always reveals the event and the oath taking chart confirms it. But I never make a full interpretation on the basis of the oath taking chart.
