The late S.K. Kelkar of Pune had taken up around forty or fifty cases of marriages performed when Jupiter was in Simha and found nothing wrong. A conference of astrologers was held sometime in 1990 in Delhi and it was unanimously decided by astrologers that based on their experience there was nothing wrong in performing marriages during this period. Certain questions arise which our politicians never want to face and answer it all being opportunistic politics.
a) Are those who can capture political power and suppress and even oust upper classes from the corridors of power socially backward?
b) Many of the backward classes of earlier decades, now well educated and in high positions in bureaucracy and politics socially and educationally backward ?What awaits the nation then ? The question is pertinent because the coming mahadasha of Moon shows some remarkable achievements in space and other scientific areas but in the socio-economic sphere with huge political repercussions, it is an ill augury for national peace. read more...

Above mentioned is the Kota Chakra for 14/3/2020. All planets have been plotted
1. Sun: In Poorvabadrapad nakshatra- In Madhya section not good.
2. Moon: Anuradha. In Madhya section- It is good.
3. Mars: Poorvaashad.in Praakra –it is good.
4. Mercury: Dhanista.In Madhya section it is good.
5. Jupiter: Uttarashad. In Bahaya section not good as it is in outer area.
6. Venus: Bharani.In praakra it is good as it is moving into Madhya and Bahya.
7. Saturn: Uttarashad. In Bahya section it is good.
8. Rahu: Ardra It is Praakra section and moving into Madhya and Bahya it is not good.
9. Ketu: Moola. In Madhya section moving into Stambha , not good.
(I) Analysis of Kota Chakra
1. Kota (Fort) chakra has been divided into four parts. Outer portion is called “ Bahya”, next is “ Praakra”, next is “ Madhya” and iinner most being “ Stamba”.
2. Benefics in “ Stamba” and “Madhya” give protection to Kota/Durg. Malefics should be in “Bahya”. This ensures fort is secured. Retrograde planets movement has to be seen differently ie if a direct planet is in incoming direction it is seen as incoming whereas retrograde planet would be analyzed as going out. Vice versa is also applicable.
3. Kota Chakra is used in analyzing in disease, conflict, court cases.
4. Here, an attempt is made to analyse about COVID 19 spread. We have taken natal chart of India as emphasis is given to conditions for our country. Janam Nakshatra is Pushya which is the starting point in North East direction, 28 nakshatras (including Abhijit) have been plotted in the relevant places. Transit planets as on 14/3/2020 has been plotted and progress is monitored.
5. As per Medini Astrology Rahu is significator for epidemic and Ketu represents “ Keet”/insect/virus. Jupiter is significator for spread or expansion. 6. Solar eclipse of 26/12/2019 played a catalyst in this catastrophe. As Jupiter, Saturn, Mercury, Moon were in Rahu –Ketu axis .
(II) Rahu’s transit chran wise in Ardra Nakshatra.(In Praakra section of Kota Chakra)
1. Since Rahu/Ketu are always retrograde.
2. Rahu entered 4th charan at 20degrees-16 deg 40 mins in Gemini on 27/9/2019 stayed till 27/10/2019.
3. Rahu entered 3rd charan at 16 deg 40 mins- 13deg 20 min on 27/10/2019 stayed till 12/2/2019. During this period outbreak of COVID19 took place in Wuhan, China.
4. Rahu entered in 2nd charan13 deg-10 degrees on 12/2/2019 till 22/3/2020. During this period it has spread into other parts of world including India.
5. Rahu will enter 1st charan 10 degrees to 6deg 40 mins on22/4/2020 till 19/8/2020. After this it will move into Mrigshira nakshatra on 19/8/2020 which is in Madhya section. Fall out of COVID 19 will be felt.
(III) Ketu’s transit charan wise in Moola Nakshatra (Madhya section of Kota Chakra)
1.Ketu entered 4th charan in Moola Nakshatra 13 deg 20 mins -10deg on 12/2/2020. This is the period when India got its first few cases and on daily basis they are increasing and Govts have imposed restrictions.
2. Ketu will enter 3rd charan in Moola Nakshatra 10 deg to 6deg 40 mins on 22/3/2020. This is likely to be middle of storm or “Eye of the storm” when number of positive cases are likely to increase manifold across our country and in world.
3. Ketu will enter 2nd charan in Moola Nakshatra 6deg 40 mins to 3deg 20 mins on 22/4/2020. This is the period we are likely to see “ Community spread”.
4.Ketu will enter 1st charan 3deg 20 mins to 00deg on 19/8/2020.
After this Ketu will enter Jyestha Nakshatra which is in Stamba section i.e. core part.
(IV) Kota Swami and Kota Pala
Kota swami is rashi lord of Moon, in our natal chart it is own house so it is Moon. Kota Pala is we see Nakshatra lord andi its charan of Natal Moon ie Saturn 1st charan, as per Avakhada chakra we have take alphabet and its lord which is Rahu. Rahu is a malefic planet, in this Kota Chakra it is in its own nakshatra and in Praakra section moving into Madhya which is not auspicious.
(V). Positive Developments
1. As Venus is in Praakra Section is going to enter Madhya section ie kritika nakshatra on 28/3/2020. A natural benefic will bring ray of hope. Mercury in Madhya section is going to enter Satbisha nakshatra in Stamba section ie core. When two benefics are going to be in Stambha on 28/3/2020 is likely to be first sign of relief but a long way to go.
2. On 11th May,Saturn is getting retrograde at 08:34 hrs in Bahya Section will move in wards. Venus getting retrograde in Stamba on 13/5/2020 at 12:13 hrs , though it is outgoing section due its retrogression it will continue to be in Stamba which is good news. Jupiter in Bahya section in out going getting retrograde on 14/5/2020 at 19:46 hrs will make its movement inwards. Two natural benefics moving inwards will bring good news in terms of recovery and possibility of break through in medical field in the treatment of COVID19 around this time.
3. Due to presence of Rahu and Ketu in Madhya section subsequently moving into Stambha we should not let our defenses down as they still have potential to do damage. However, Rahu would have left Ardra and Ketu continues to be Moola.
Conclusion: As of this moment we are battling the onset of pandemic but we are going to be in the “Eye of storm”very soon ie 3d week of March,2020. It is only after mid of May 2020 that we are likely to see decline in this pandemic. World should fight it out this catastrophe like a Global Village in a collective manner
