His Horoscope: I had written the following.
Sanjay Dutt is said to have been born on 29 July 1959 in Vrischika lagna and Karka navamsha in Bombay. No one has confirmed it and one can work on it is all that can be said. Here is he is running the dasha of Jupiter in the twelfth house and antardasha of Venus, the twelfth lord in which this punishment has come.
In Jaimini it is that dasha of Dhanu containing his Gnathikaraka showing punishment. Lot of work has been done on Bandhana Yogas and some good articles have been published in the Journal of Astrology. If this horoscope of Sanjay Dutt is correct, how can be escape some more period of confinement in jail ?
If this horoscope is accepted, he committed the crime in Rahu-Venus and the punishment has come in Jupiter-Venus. My research on Jupiter-Venus and Venus-Jupiter periods is what I will not rush to quote here as I am not sure of his horoscope though it appeals to me still.
Bandhana yogas
In my book Astrology, Destiny and the Wheel of Time, I have discussed some of the bandhana yogas and it has been plagiarised by many writers recently. But there are many more which will have to be part of a major research in future by some good astrologers.
But I am not sure if the horoscope is correct. The idiot boxes have got enough bytes of sensation to keep the nation busy whole of the day today and will pray for a similar luck everyday. These seasoned and clever journalists of the “idiots” boxes know how to sensationalise it all-- so well that no one was talking of a historic Indian victory against England in the second cricket test. (14/27 of 31 July 2007 with after lunch proceedings of the court yet to be reported.)
The report is that Sanjay Dutt will not be given any bail. He will have to spend the night in Arthur jail of Bombay. (16/43 pm 31 July 2007)
In the meantime, this horoscope has been confirmed by Chandra Prabha a research student in our astrology classes. Her husband, a rich man has a big printing press which has recently published the book of his sister, Priya in which the horoscope I have used is given with the difference that the birth time is 15/23. Sanjay has been found guilty under the Arms Act.
