KASHMIR (Updated)
Today, 5 August 2019 has become a historic day in our history as something which could not be done in 70 years has taken shape now. Union Home minister Amit Shah has announced that Article 370 which grants special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir will be scrapped. He also announced that Jammu and Kashmir will no longer be a state and it will be bifurcated into two Union Territories— Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.  read more...read more...
WITHERING AWAY OF CONGRESS PARTY
Is ours an ideal democracy!! Hardly so, it is far from being an ideal democracy; where there should be  two equal opponents, like Conservative and Labour party in Britain; like Republican and Democratic party in USA. As for India, for the two major parties here i.e. Congress and BJP there has never been a state of relative equilibrium. There was a time when Congress was all powerful for a long time, BJP had not come into existence then. BJP came into existence and gradually spread its wings and the status now of present election result on 23 May 2019 is that BJP alone bagged 303 seats and 353 seats along with its NDA Alliance. Congress on the other hand could muster only 52 seats; along with UPA, Congress got 91. Other parties won 98 seats. What to talk of equality, Congress party could not win even 55 seats which is the requisite 10 % to become the official opposition. read more...read more...

MIRACULOUS RECOVERY

A bright student of the prestigious ‘Doon School’, this young boy dived into the swimming pool on 6-5-2004. Due to some error in the judgment of the depth, he hit his head hard against the floor of the pool. Due to the impact of the hit, his spine was severely injured and he got paralyzed below the neck instantaneously. He was immediately moved to the spinal injuries hospital in Delhi.

Though he was receiving the best possible treatment, the chances of his survival or recovery appeared to be very bleak. This is the stage in which this horoscope was brought to us.

He was urgently advised ‘Maha Mrityunjaya’ Japa and Vishnu Sahastranam, as it was felt that recovery was possible. Along with the astrological remedy, long treatment and physiotherapy was carried out.

Slowly the boy started recovering in 2005 he appeared for his class X examination with the help of a writer and secured 85% marks. This was unbelievable. The treatment and physiotherapy was continued.

In 2007 he appeared forhis class XII board exam and came out with flying colors. It is not surprising that he has got admission in prestigious St Stephen’s college of Delhi. More than anything else, he is able to walk again.

This is a classic case for which I use ‘Pataki Risht Chakra’ along with other techniques of astrology. Pataki Chakra shows what may not be superficially visible in the horoscope. It is a special technique for analyzing horoscopes of children in distress.

The analysis of the horoscope has been carried out under the following scheme -

  • <!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]--> Assessment of balarishta arishta in childhood) and its cancellation.
  • <!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]--> Astrological indication of the kind of injury or the ailment present.
  • <!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]--> Deeper analysis in the Pataki Chakra
  • <!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]--> Dasha
  • <!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]--> Transit

Detail

  • Date of accident - 6-5-2004.
  • Vimshottari Dasha - Ven-Mer-Sun-Rah
  • Char dasha - Taurus - Sag-Aqu
  • Pl. Note  : The horoscope - Pataki Chakra and the vedha all should be placed together in 1 page or all placed next to each other.
1. Balarishta -Looking at the degrees of Sun Moon Rahu and Ketu, birth appears to be in partial lunar eclipse. Additionally Rahu and Ketu are stationary. This is afflicting Moon and Sun which are the two important focal points in the horoscope protection-

Lagna lord is in lagna.
Jupiter is placed in the 2nd house (Maraka house) and aspects the 8nd house (Mrityu Sthan) providing a strong protection to longevity. In this manner, some indication of balarishta is present, but a strong protection also exists in the horoscope.

2. Astrological indication of the injury

Only the main combinations are being given. These have been fulfilled either in the horoscope or the Pataki Chakra. This is being done to avoid a detailed technical analysis.

a. Head injury - Lagna, Aries rashi, Mars and Sun represent head. Affliction to there by malefic and by 6-8-12 the lords can cause head injury.

b. Spinal injury - Mercury represents spinal cord. Gemini rashi and the 3rd house stand for upper spine while Libra rashi and the 7th house represent lower spine.

Sun and Saturn are Karkas for bones. When these are afflicted by 6th lord or by Saturn, Mars, Rahu and Ketu-spinal fracture can take place.

c. Paralysis -Affliction to Lagna, Sun, Moon and Mercury especially by Saturn can cause paralysis in an adverse dasha.

3. Analysis in the Pataki Chakra - is given along with the chakra.

4. Dasha - The accident took place on 6-5-2004, when the Vimshottary dasha running was - Ven- Merc-Sun-Rahu.

M D-Venus Venus is the 2nd and seventh lord for Aries lagna and hence is a marka - In PRC he gets malefic vedha from Saturn and from three upagrahas namely Dhoom Mandi and Kala.

AD – Mercury Mercury is the third and the sixth lord for Aries lagna. He is placed with Marka Venus in papakartari (Malefic on either side) yoga.

P D- Sun Sun is yamardhipati. He is causing vedha to the crucial houses. As seen before he is himself afflicted.

SD – Rahu Rahu is a natural malefic and plays a role in accidents because he acts suddenly. In this case he becomes more malefic because he is stationary. He is also afflicting Sun Moon and the crucial houses. Influence of Rahu on Moon produces confusion or illusion (matibhram). This caused the child to misjudge the depth of the pool. The Char dasha hits the nail on the head it was Taurus Sagittarius-Aquarius.

Taurus - 6th from Taurus is badly afflicted.

Sagittarius - Causes fall from a height

Aquarius - Sun and Rahu are placed in Aquarius. They are aspecting 6th house from Aquarius 6th house stands for injuries and accidents

5. Transit -According to Sh. K.N. Rao. If a planet changes motion (from direct to retrograde or vice-versa or combusts or becomes stationary etc.) on the natal degrees of any important planet in the horoscope, then that day becomes a crucial day for the person.

Applying this principle - we find that Jupiter was transiting in Leo rashi at 150 on 5-5-2004. On this same day his motion changed from retrograde to direct. Let us look closely – natal Moon (yamadandadhipati) is at 14036’. This means that Jupiter directed over the degree of the yamadandadhipati.

On the same day Saturn and Mars were transiting in Gemini. Another reliable principle
of Sh. K.N. Rao regarding accidents – upagrahas Dhoom has a role to play in accidents. Here Dhoom was afflicted by malefic in transit. Mars was aspecting the 6th house of injuries.

Conclusion
The promise of an accident fructified when the dasha and transit were appropriate. However since the lagna, lagna lord and Maraka houses of the horoscope are protected the child got saved. The remedies acted as a catalyst in helping in recovery. Recovery was slow but was helped by dasha and transit. Role of self effort or Kriyaman Karma is Supreme. Looking at his self effort I am convinced that this boy will definitely shine one day.
