And I vaguely remember that once when Kasparov was asked whether Kramnik was the player who would dethrone him, he is said to have pointed to Vishwanathan Anand as a threat to his supremacy. Musharraf to be tried under Article 6 for treason: PM Nawaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif dropped the strongest hint on Monday to file a written request before the Supreme Court to try former military ruler General (retd) Pervez Musharraf for treason under Article 6 of the Constitution.
It is pertinent to mention that if convicted, Musharraf can face a possible death penalty or life imprisonment.

Let me first reproduce what I had written about Musharraf in my earlier article.

“Musharraf has made up his mind to return to Pakistan. I think he should not do that. At the moment he is running Vrischika-Mithuna period. Eighth from Vrischika is the Atmakaraka and that is also the Karakamsha. Both are in six eighth position. If during this period he returns to Pakistan, fear exists of his being arrested or killed. Now see how the constitution of Pakistan defines high treason under article 6.
Article 6 High treason -
(1) Any person who abrogates or subverts or suspends or holds in abeyance, or attempts or conspires to abrogate or subvert or suspend or hold in abeyance, the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by any other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.
(2) Any person aiding or abetting 9[or collaborating] 9 the acts mentioned in clause (1) shall likewise be guilty of high treason.
(2A) An act of high treason mentioned in clause (1) or clause (2) shall not be validated by any court including the Supreme Court and a High Court.

Jupiter and Venus of Musharraf are in Ayudha dreshkona which shows a serious punishment and the lagna is in Sarpa dreshkona. He is being tried in the period of Rahu-Jupiter.
He is now passing through the mahadasha of Rahu in Ayudha dreshkona and the antardasha of Jupiter also in Ayudha dreskona. For the purpose of this discussion Jupiter is the second lord in the second house of Thrimshamsha aspected by Mars. Is the danger visible here ?
Then remember that the dasha in Chara Dasha is of Vrischika eighth from the Atmakaraka and antardasha of Vrisha which has
the navamsha of Darakaraka and this will last till February 2014. Hopes fade out, looking at these ominous dashas. Then in the dashamansha Jupiter is with Mars aspected by Saturn.
Why Venus in Mithuna ?
Why Venus must be in Mithuna not in Karka should be understood. The simple answer to this question is that if Venus was in Karka he would have been married late and he would not have had education in foreign countries. Remember two other facts: he was born in India and had to move to Pakistan after the partition of India where he continued his education till he had to move again to Turkey
with his father for studies there.
Then see the position of Jupiter and Venus in different vargas to know why he is facing the threat of sentence, possibly, to death. As it is , in the birth horoscope both these planets in the eighth house show his present troubles sufficiently clearly.
Nawaz who was balding if not totally bald when he was deposed by Musharraf in October 1999 now has hair on his head and is again the prime minister as vindictive as Musharraf had been ---all in the tradition of Moghul kings with their
heartlessness like Aurangzeb. Never forgive and never forget is that known vindictive mood of those Moghul brutes who became emperors. Both Musharraf
and Sharif have the same blood in their veins and now it is the chance Nawaz has got to settle scores legally, democratically but with unquenched
blood thirst.
