Kulbhushan and India can not get him back soon. Instead of debating as to whose victory or defeat it is, look at the stark fact that Kulbhushan has not come back to India as a free man.
The aspect of Saturn and Mars on the ninth house is clearly showing the trend of communal tension. As a result whatever the leaders and spokesmen of other countries may say in praise of Narendra Modi and his government, there are forces in those countries which have been doing vicious propaganda against India.
Stopping the funding of NGOs by the last Modi government will continue in this term also as afflicted second house and second lord shows. Presence of second lord in eighth house is showing some secret methods still existing of funding these NGOs. In any case, opportunity will not be missed to spend, create and spread some scandals as the position of Moon shows.
